Products

BirdsWhistle sells handmade ceramic bird whistles and related sets. Product appearance may vary slightly because items are handmade.

Personalized Products

Where a product offers personalization, the customer is responsible for entering the name or wording correctly before placing the order. The information submitted by the customer will be used for personalization.

Incorrect Personalization

If the customer provides an incorrect name or spelling, BirdsWhistle is not responsible for the customer's entry and the personalized item is not eligible for a refund or replacement on that basis.

Orders and Payment

Orders are subject to availability and successful payment. We reserve the right to correct obvious product, pricing or listing errors and to contact the customer if an order needs clarification.

Shipping

Shipping charges and available delivery options are shown at checkout. Our shipping information is available on the Shipping Information page.

Returns and Damaged Items

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy. Personalized items are not returnable due to change of mind. Damage or incorrect-item claims should be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.

Product Use

Our bird whistles are small handmade products. Customers are responsible for using them appropriately and following any product instructions provided with the item.

Intellectual Property

The BirdsWhistle name, website content, product descriptions, photographs, graphics and other original materials on this website may not be copied or reused without permission.
